This Kent based company specialising in the design and installation of sprinkler and mist systems who needed fresh branding and an updated website with new content to reflect their broader vision to make the most of their technical expertise and to assert their leadership in the fire safety industry.

The challenge

Amsco Fire is a successful business in the specialised market of designing and installing sprinkler and mist systems for residential and commercial properties. As the business has developed clients have become more corporate and Amsco recognised that their key communication tools needed upgrading to ensure a professional image is portrayed.

Our approach

To look at their service offering from a client?s perspective and to consider the market and the current climate in which they operate. Then conduct research and make recommendations on what activity will deliver a more professional image with improved marketing materials to help convert more leads into clients.

Project specifics

Amsco had a successful business but needed guidance to take it to the next level. We used a wide range of marketing tools to undertake competitor analysis, both local and national to establish their own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We developed the core message for their services and a set of smart objectives. We then reviewed their brand image and updated this to reflect the markets they are now operating in. Next we looked at the promotional mix available and made a series of recommendations with a timed activity plan.

The outcome

We started by producing a promotional leaflet using the new corporate brand. New business cards were produced to further enhance the branding for the business. We then developed the website in line with the new corporate style and managed their content on their behalf.

The next steps

Using this new professional image Amsco?s vans will be re-branded and signage at their head office updated. We will then look to build on this with a communication strategy to include prospect and existing customer email campaigns and to build awareness through consistent social media activity on the recommended platforms.
